Guidelines
Event coordinator may be required based on event type and size
Toilet trailer rental needed for events over 25
No outside caterers without prior approval (only specialty foods allowed), other hired vendors need approval prior to event
Amplified music is prohibited, acoustic music allowed with prior approval
No sparklers, confetti or other thrown objects
Onsite parking is limited, ride share apps or use of nearby public parking lots encouraged

Space Rental Pricing
Venue Only:
• Monday - Thursday: $1,500
• Friday, Saturday, Sunday: $2000

Venue + Furniture Rental Package:
• Above venue fee + approx. $80 per person for complete rental package
• Rental package ranges from $1,000 - $4,000 depending on guest count

Package deal available for multiple day events

Food and Beverage Pricing
• Starts at $60 per person for buffet style and $75 per person for family style, with a $2500 minimum with chef Luis Martinez

Availability
• 7 days per week
• Weekends until 10:00 pm per the county noise ordinance
• Weekdays until 9:30 pm per the county noise ordinance
